The moving love story of Kim, the Vietnamese girl, and Chris, the American GI, and their fateful encounter in Vietnam is brought to life in a lavish staging with haunting music, extravagant choreography, a striking set and breath-taking technical effects.  Not for nothing is the dramatic moment when a helicopter lands on stage considered one of the most unforgettable moments in the history of musicals. Program and cast

MISS SAIGON has music by Claude-Michel Schönberg with lyrics by Richard Maltby Jr. and Alain Boublil, adapted from original French lyrics by Alain Boublil, with additional lyrics by Michael Mahler.


The production is directed by Laurence Connor with musical staging by Bob Avian and additional choreography by Geoffrey Garratt.  Production design is by Totie Driver and Matt Kinley based on an original concept by Adrian Vaux; costume design by Andreane Neofitou; lighting design by Bruno Poet; sound design by Mick Potter; and orchestrations by William David Brohn.

Raimund Theater

The Raimund Theater ( officially Raimund Theater ) is a theater in the 6th District of Vienna Mariahilf in Wallgasse 18-20 . Named after the Austrian dramatist Ferdinand Raimund Theater was founded in 1893 by an association of Viennese citizens built according to designs by the architect Franz Roth and 28
November 1893 with Raimund's play Magic The tethered imagination inaugurated . Today it belongs to the United Stages of Vienna and mainly serves as a venue for musicals .
