Christmas Market, Palace Tour and Concert - Schönbrunn Palace

Spend a culturally and culinarily unique evening at Schönbrunn! Enjoy the festive atmosphere at the beautiful Schönbrunn Palace Christmas market. Afterwards you have the opportunity to visit the magnificent palace after the official opening hours and get to know its impressive history. To round off the evening musically, the Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra and our opera singers will present internationally famous works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Strauss.

Important information about the palace tour

Please note: the specified departure time for the Palace visit must be observed. In case of delay, the ticket becomes invalid.
The tour is available in the following languages: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Ukrainian, Polish, Turkish.

Program and cast

From 10:00 AM - Visit to the Christmas Market Schönbrunn Palace during opening hours

6:45 PM - Meeting point in front of the main entrance of Schönbrunn Palace

7:00 PM - Palace tour with audio guide

8:30 PM - Concert start in the Schönbrunn Orangery*
(Admission from 8:00 PM)

Note: On December 25, 28, and 30, there are two concerts: one at 8:30 PM and another at 4:00 PM.

Approx. 10:15 PM - Concert end

Please note: the Christmas market can only be visited before the concert. Therefore, be sure to plan enough time within the opening hours of the Christmas market.

After the concert has ended, there will be sufficient taxis available at the entrance to the Schönbrunn Orangery. The underground leaves in five to eight-minute intervals until midnight.
