The New Palazzo Show

PALAZZO is represented in five cities, and accordingly, we have to set up five tents almost simultaneously. It's important to keep an overview and coordinate all trades in such a way that the many gears at each individual location mesh smoothly.

Furthermore, we are always challenged to think outside the box and come up with new solutions - for example, when the show department has special requests for an act that we have to fulfill.

And of course, we have to be extremely flexible and able to react to current events throughout the entire setup phase. For example, wind and weather conditions pose a major challenge. Storms can delay the setup and partially throw our planning off track. Sometimes it gets a bit tight... But so far - fingers crossed - we have always been finished on time.
